Ping

The ++netstack option will allow you to use alternative TCP/IP stacks.

[root@vmh1:~] ping ++netstack=vmotion -I vmk4 172.17.12.105

The following command will list available TCP/IP stacks on a host.

[root@vmh1:~] esxcli network ip netstack list

The following command will list VMKernels and associated IPs on a host.

[root@vmh1:~] esxcli network ip interface ipv4 get

Move VMware tools from local disk to ram disk.
